How it Works:
Once the program is purchased, you will receive an order confirmation email followed by an email with a link for your welcome package download. The link will expire 24 hours after purchase. If you click an expired link, we will send you a new link to the email used for purchase.
Weekly Meal Plans: Every week, a new 7-day meal plan will be sent out. These meal plans are scaled for one person, so if you plan on cooking and prepping for multiple people, you will need to adjust the plans and grocery lists accordingly.
Facebook Group: Through the private Facebook group, there will be check-ins and mini-courses covering topics such as managing stress around eating, food toxicity, macro and micronutrients, hormone health, and more. This group will also provide accountability and community support.
Movement Classes: Throughout the three weeks, participants will have access to one mat Pilates class and one yoga class.
